If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within the first 7 days from the date of products delivered. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of use
-Customer will be responsible for all shipping cost for the returned non-detective product or detective product.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
1. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org using your email address. In the email, please state the product you wish to return or exchange from your order with your order ID.
2. Once we received your return/exchange application, we will send you an email of acknowledgement. We will also notify you if we accept the reason of return within 2 business days upon acknowledgement.
3. If your application reason is accepted, a shipping address will be provided along with the email. Arrange the shipment to shipping address on your own cost.
4. After we receive the returned item, an email will be sent to you for acknowledgement. We will inspect the product and approve the application. We will send the application result to you within 7 business days upon receiving the returned product.
a) If you are approved to exchange, we will ship a new item to your address. Please provide you the receiving address to ship by replying the email. We will only ship your item after we have received your receiving address (even the receiving address is same as the original one).
b) If you are approved to refund, it will be arranged within 7 business days.
c) If you are declined to refund/exchange, we will ship the original product to you. Please provide you the receiving address to ship by replying the email. We will only ship your item after we have received your receiving address (even the receiving address is same as the original one).
